Color Needed

Ok, so after the garden was seeded and watered, I decided the front yard also needed some color. First came the freesias. Oooooh so pretty! The color pictured is my absolute favorite. We also bought white and purple. I can smell those beautifully fragrant flowers now. Mmmm. :) This Freesia I planted from a bulb about a month ago, and JUST now decided to pop up and say hello. I bought the bulbs at the 99 cents store, so I really didn't expect much. Yay!

Ranaculous here. :) Sooooo pretty! I thought they would look fabulous in the corner, and they do! Brightened up my walk to the car quite a bit!

I am so in love wth planting things and watching them grow right now! Spring is a great season which I've never before appreciated. :) In addition to the spring fever of planting, spring cleaning is also taking over my obsessions log. I have a long few months ahead of me I fear...

Oh that freesia is gorgeous! I didn't know that plants could grow in the high dessert (haha, just kidding).

Bahaha! I'm sure they won't last long ;) The garden, however, has updates!! Have to find time to post...2yr old boys prevent such freedoms.....lol

I DEFINITELY have a black thumb, but I'm learning to get my dose by buying cheap, beautiful flowers at Trader Joe's once a week. That counts as keeping some color in my life, right?

Yes! That counts! :)
