Calling all lovers of tea!

Ahhh does it bring back the memories!

Memories of Soccer, cheese on toast, rain and awesome bookstores. I first enjoyed the wonders of English Tea in Donaghadee, Northern Ireland. Perhaps it was being in the country itself, but I absolutely LOVED it! I couldn't get enough! However, the last three times I've tried this tea in America, I have found it to be lacking---Taste! I prepared it exactly like before, but its just not amazing. :(

In conclusion, I need some tea suggestions! Flavors, how to sweeten it, whether or not to sweeten it, etc. My delicious coffee addiction keeps giving me heartburn...sniff sniff. This cold weather deserves a hot drink! Thanks in advance :D

I love agave nectar as a sweetener, and also raw blackberry honey. My tastes are pretty simple as far as the kind of tea (mostly green tea, which I sometimes mix with just a bit of almond milk).

As for the coffee, if acid is a problem, do a darker roast, and don't grind the beans until the very last minute (I grind mine when the water is heating or if it boiled, as it cools down a little).
